About the Founder, Earl P. White

earl white - licensed new york and new jersey attorney

Earl P. White is the founder of the firm and began his real estate career as a real estate investor, building his own investment company and working directly on purchase and sales and property management. That experience shaped a practical, business-minded approach to real estate law and a clear understanding of what property owners need at each stage.

As the firm grew, so did the scope of its services. What began with helping clients through transactions expanded into leasing, landlord matters, deed work, and estate planning, all with the goal of better serving real estate owners over the long term.

Today, the firm is built to support clients at every stage of property ownership, from acquisition to management to future planning.
